I have received an article sent to me by friends in China entitled "American Immigration Lawyers Association, Chairman of line EB-5 immigrant visiting Pacific Jakarta." That article states that I, the Chairman of the EB-5 Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, visited China on September 20, 2011 to meet with Pacific Immigration Jakarta.
I was not in China in September 2011. I have never met with representatives of Pacific Immigration Jakarta. The article is incorrect in using my name. The photographs included in the article apparently are photographs of another attorney, Ronald E. Darling, and not photographs of me. The article incorrectly identifies the photographs as being photographs of me.
