Theresa M. Petosa, a Senior Paralegal with Klasko, Rulon Stock & Seltzer, LLP, joined the firm's EB-5 practice in 2011. Theresa has nearly twenty years of experience in the business, academic and government sectors. Theresa assists in the preparation of I-526 petitions, including guiding clients through the source-of-funds and path-of-funds documentation process. Before joining the firm, Theresa served as a paralegal specialist with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Criminal Division, investigating and analyzing anti-competitive business activity both domestic and international, and for which she was the recipient of the 2010 Assistant Attorney General Award for Distinction. In 2000, Theresa received her Master of Arts with Distinction in Conflict Studies from Arcadia University, and was awarded the university's prize for intellectual inquiry for her Master's thesis. Theresa maintains language competencies in Castilian Spanish as well as in French, having worked for several years as an interpreter, translator and instructor in Spain after earning her Certificat de Langue et Civilization Française while studying on scholarship as an undergraduate at La Sorbonne in Paris. In addition to her undergraduate and graduate degrees, Theresa received her associate's degree in Paralegal Studies in 2007.
